Good Apollo

Good Apollo has been consistently releasing positive, eclectic, 90s-flavored music & video content for over 10 years. He has over 100,000 plays on his SoundCloud page & his YouTube channel has over 6,000 Subscribers, featuring music video collaborations with local directors, live sets and more. He's frequently putting together underground music events and art showcases in Hamilton, and has performed at many venues in the city (Club Absinthe, Art Crawl, Casbah, This Ain't Hollywood). Apollo has been featured on the cover of Hamilton-based VIEW Magazine twice, interviewed by Ric Taylor, and on local college radio (93.3 CFMU, I Heart Hamilton, In Tha Kut). His "Apollo's Angels" album was nominated for a Hamilton Music Award in 2016 (Rap/Hip-Hop Recording of the Year). His music & production work has been featured on websites such as Hip-Hop Canada, CBC Music and more, with other songs receiving airplay on radio shows Live N Direct, DOPE FM & The Consignment Show. Collaborations with Toronto artist Fortunato & New York Pro Era producer Chuck Strangers continue to gain traction in the scene. He's been nominated in the Hamilton Spectator Readers' Choice Awards for Best Local Musician, and his former studio Sound Cave won Best Recording Studio in 2015. Also, he's worked with record stores Sunrise, Dr. Disc and Cheapies to sell his original albums to fans. Good Apollo is a Vegan artist, practicing mindfulness, meditation & self-love.
